If you’ve put off doing your taxes with the shutdown back in April, a reminder. THEY’RE DUE TOMORROW.
Taxes must be postmarked or e-filed by Wednesday, July 15th, 11:59pm.
The July deadline comes after the Internal Revenue Service extended the deadline back in March after the shutdown reduced the personnel available to process taxes at the IRS’s home base in Washington, D.C..
If you need to file an extension, make sure you file the proper forms with the IRS by the same time.
