Reported in the Times Union, National Grid predicts that heating bills could drop nearly 20 percent this winter compared to last year! They say due to a combination of a warmer winter, lower natural gas prices and other things will cause bills to drop roughly 18.3 percent! This is expected to save the average customer nearly $30/month.
