Here's when to get your first sandwich and waffle fries
Chick-fil-A is officially bringing its signature chicken sandwiches to Albany. The first restaurant in the city opens on Thursday at 944 Central Avenue. Hours are set from 6:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. with offering dine-in, carryout, and drive-thru services. The newest location is located at the former Armory Garage site.
Owner Michael Gray, told News 10 about his excitement about bringing Chick-fil-A to Albany,
Early in my career, I realized my passion for introducing new communities to Chick-fil-A and bringing our signature hospitality to new neighborhoods. I couldn’t have dreamed of this adventure, but I feel very fortunate that my journey with Chick-fil-A has brought me and my family to the Empire State. For the community that has welcomed us so warmly, I hope to make my restaurant the most caring restaurant in the Capital Region, with our delicious food, unique career opportunities and culture of care!
This location adds to the area's existing Chick-fil-A restaurants in Clifton Park, North Greenbush, and Albany International Airport, with plans for a Latham location still under consideration.
