Vacant since the late 1970's, what does it look like today?
We all know Proctor's in Schenectady with its musicals, concerts, movies, plays and Broadway shows. But there was also a Proctor's Theatre in Troy that operated similarly for decades.
Located on 4th Street, Proctor's was built in 1914 and was in operation until 1977. Since then, it's been under different owners, each with the hope of rehabbing the old theatre, but to no avail.
In late 2023, a group of urban explorers took a journey inside. It appears almost untouched since the day it closed.
