Mark your calendar for August 15th!

The Palace Theater, in Albany, is set to hold their annual Community Block Party on Saturday, August 15th, starting at Noon.

The main festivities will be held right under the marquee and will include DJ's, live music, plenty of vendors, family friendly activities, community organizations and even FREE food from Ted's Fish Fry.

Now in it's 8th year, The Community Block Party is part of The Palace Theaters free and low-cost arts and educational programs that The Palace has to offer. The goal with all of these events is to have a positive impact on local youth and families each year.

There's fun for the whole family - Live Music by The Ky McClinton Band & the Albany Rock Pit Showcase Band! Pony Rides & a Petting Zoo! A Kids Zone with Face Painting, Balloon Twisters, a Bounce House, Games & Giveaways! Educational Activities with Ten Broeck Mansion! Create Interactive Art with Albany Center Gallery & more!

This year, we are please to announce a brand new partnership with Ted's Fish Fry, who will be on site, preparing complimentary Hamburgers & Hot Dogs for everyone in attendance (while supplies last).
