Both are locally owned

You'll have two more shopping and dining destinations next time you head to Stuyvesant Plaza in Guilderland. A locally owned men's clothing retailer Union Hall Supply Co. and a casual Mediterranean restaurant called Simone's Kitchen both plan on opening their doors this summer. 

We are thrilled to announce that Simone’s Kitchen and Union Hall Supply Co., two incredible local businesses, will open at Stuyvesant Plaza later this year,” said Stuyvesant Plaza General Manager Rachel Ferluge. “Simone’s is a Capital Region favorite, known for its outstanding menu of Mediterranean dishes, and Saratoga Springs-based Union Hall is renowned for its style and selection of casual men’s attire.  We’re so excited to add to our list of beloved local businesses with two new offerings, which will continue to expand upon our diverse mix of retail and restaurants.

Simone's Kitchen started in 2018 as a small restaurant in Coxsackie. Union Hall Supply Co. has an existing location that opened in 2019 on Broadway in Saratoga. They'll both be located on the south end of the plaza near Felthousen's Florist.
