Coming this fall!
A Pizza Hut that closed last year will soon have a new restaurant in its place, Ted's Fish Fry. The eatery posted a teaser on their Facebook page Monday, News 10 confirmed that it will be located at 2103 Double Day Avenue.
Ballston Spa will be the seventh location for the popular chain. Mayor Frank Rossi says the town is excited to welcome Ted's to the village:
To have a quality area business like Ted’s locating in the Village of Ballston Spa is exciting and represents the strength of our wonderful business climate in our Village of Friends. Like many others, I grew up enjoying Ted’s food for many years. Having a Village location operated by a Village resident is a win-win situation for us, and I can’t wait to be one of this location’s first customers.
2024 marks the 75th anniversary for Ted's Fish Fry in the Capital Region, which already has restaurants in Watervliet, Latham, Halfmoon, Troy, Colonie and Albany. Ted's also has a food truck called 'Ted's On Wheels'. The new restaurant is expected to open in the fall of 2024.
